**Winner**Here are Billy and Mandy in a school bus. The contest was to take a screengrab and redo it slightly.
We see Billy's had a brain fart causing him to lose what little sense he had. In a moment of utter insanity he actually wedgied AND wet-willied Mandy. She is not pleased!

Thanks, it took several trys to get it where I wanted it. My compy was acting up at the time and I had to hand draw it, scan it at a friends house, and load it somewhere else after that
