**Winner**Here are Billy and Mandy in a school bus. The contest was to take a screengrab and redo it slightly.
We see Billy's had a brain fart causing him to lose what little sense he had. In a moment of utter insanity he actually wedgied AND wet-willied Mandy. She is not pleased!

I feel for Billy, i really do, he is so screwed he could be his own grandpa. "Pardon the bad frenche"
In the beginning when i was learning on how to draw Mandys face i tried to make a sketch of this screenshot, and it was so hard! No matter how many times i drew Mandys face it still looked like she was grinning sadisticly, and not growling, i don't know how you manegd to do it, but you drew her good.
