Sorry folks, since I'm too busy during the college study, I really have less time to drawing. At least I must try to be faster and push my DS back up.
This sketch let me feel very suitable for coloring; I like his drawing as well. So I try to color it freely for him and here is the abandoned sketch becomes the... result. Yes, the energetic little Elite with major color let me feel more suitable... again.
I thanks to SEspider again, and my best tool - Microsoft® Expression™ Design 2. They both gave me chances to draw.
Total time to take:
2 hours for line-art
5 hours for coloring
6 hours for shading
2 hour for light & shadow
...and finished

I dont think I've ever seen a take on the Elite children before. this is a great idea and I love the outcome of your efforts! you are very true to the character, both in species design and in feel. keep it up

Oh, I have two things to response. First of all, I am very appreciated of your humble reply. And second, the character design of it wasn't totally my own. The sketch is belongs to SESpider, I just finish the coloring job with his permission.

Well, how to say... this coloring surprised me when that was a lot more popular than my other detail, original artworks. I think I just "accidentally" make it stands out until I know cute with good color also a good combination. Honestly, I am rather be a story illustrator more than vector drawer, if you have see my old and further arts in my gallery.

though you may not want to hear this i just have to mention it... that the hand holding the sword looks like it is holding it the wrong way around (the back of the hand is facing the camera)
but overall i like the... simplicity of this pic as a whole... it looks more... cartoony, than realistic

Vector is able to change the line whatever you want. But since I was just help him for coloring job only, only necessary line tweak I was done for it.
Anyway, thanks for the comment. I must said vector isn't a kind for drawing character in realistic way. Because of the smart coloring, only draw cartoon and poster would looks nice.

Much like I've no choice than that. This time I don't have Photoshop until November. But if somebody really want me to use vector, i can help. Just this vector software is much easiler than Illustrator so I can finish this very quickly.

You got that right. Sometime I was overused blue and black and didn't make the job more attractive. In that case I'm still working on the new style coloring so I could get away of the grey-ly color.
Also, I'd like to find out more coloring combo for elite.
