Could you please share your font configuration? A screenshot from gnome-tweak-tool will do. Have you done some modifications to gtk theme? I just downloaded Adwaita Cupertino and there are some diferences mostly in side-panel, the window manager theme is different also.

The one i am using now it is not finished yet.. when it's ready i will publish it..

Can you tell me how to enhance the drop shadow in this theme? I want to increase it.. like on Mac OSX. What do I need to change in the theme's css?

you need to change the icons in the icon theme folder (/usr/share/icons/youricontheme/places/16) or (.icons/youricontheme/places/16).
