I've been using Daz3D for about 6~7 years I think? Definetly before even Genesis 1 came out.
I picked up PMX editor maybe half a year ago and it's mostly to take out models parts that I want to use (mostly heads and hair).
Marvelous Designer for about an year. I launch it whenever I need to make a piece of cloth that I dont already have (usually skirts).
Sketchup for maybe 2 years now I think? It's great for creating simple objects.
VWD is a plugin for Daz/Poser. It's a real bitch to figure out.
Adobe Animate for maybe last few months. The only thing I do with it is put images sequences and make swf or gifs out of them.
As for difficulty of any of them? Hard to say.
If I dont know how to do something with them I google my answers or watch tutorials on YT.
