Description So here it is...
I'm not the best with tutorials, so let me know if anything is not clear.

This signature is not meant for beginners, but don't let that discourage you if you are a beginner.

A great text tutorial:

Awsome tutorial. Easiest to follow, and best results I've gotten from a tutorial so far.

I'm terrible with text, so I recommend asking someone else.

The text tut in the description is pretty good though.

Smudging the C4D was nice, but some of it ruins the focal point =/ I won't say this is an advanced tutorial...

EagleEyeZ In reply to AspireAMD [2009-08-13 21:45:09 +0000 UTC]

More advanced than "Make a colored background, add a render, add some stereotypical PS filters, and presto." like a lot of tutorials are.

Though you have a lot to learn...

Strange... sometimes I think hand painting them would be easier lol.

Great tutorial if you have 3d renders, and unfortunately, asteroids and planets just aren't going to cut it for me right now although.. planets could be really cool...

but anyway maybe later when I have some time I will go render some crap and try one of these out.

EagleEyeZ In reply to Saphirefenix [2008-09-29 17:03:32 +0000 UTC]

You can always get some PlanetRenders.net.

Since the renders there are made by the community, no one can get on your case about "stealing" them.

I prefer my own anyway, its not that hard to throw a couple basic geometric shapes and add some noise filters then render.

I never consider anything I don't do 100% by myself actually mine, tutorials excluded.

Which is why I rarely use stocks, actually only used 2 my entire life lol.

If I recall correctly that is.
