What pencil grade have you used to achieve the black in the background? Do you use a fixative??

if I remember correctly I mixed in some charcoal in this one on the darkest parts, because I didn't have my Staedtler Mars Lumograph 8B pencil back then, it's the one I use on my recent works to get the blacks black.
yes, I use fixative too, clear acrlyic spray.

I really love your drawing, very beautiful.
I love how you draw the mask, the details are very precise from the design of the mask and you make the feather look so delicate and soft.
The way you draw Anna is very wonderful, I like how you did the details from the lighting to her eyes to the wonderful details on her mouth and you make her back so smooth yet strong because of the shading
Also, along with the details I love how you give depth by having shadows and the lighting on your work to give amazing dimension.
You have beautiful talent with your art and I love it.
