Celestia takes off from the castle in her chariot with an invisible spell to cover them. They land on the balcony and Celestia takes off to the main hall.
Twilight paces back and forth, waiting for her teacher. She hears hoof-steps and turns around to see her teacher galloping towards her and she stops. "Princess Celestia, wha-"
"Twilight, I'm pregnant," she interrupts.
Twilight's head jerks back and eyes in shock, "What?! You're Pregnant?!" she exclaims. Her teacher shushes her and lowers her head closer to Twilight's level.
"Twilight, tomorrow I will send letters to all mayors of Equestria to commence an announcement in Canterlot," Celestia begins to explain, "....but for now this must stay a secret, even from your friends."
"What about Flash?" Twilight asks.
"You may tell him."
"Discords?" Twilight begins to ask questions.
"Yes."
"How far?"
"Three months now."
"Luna?"
"Angry with me."
"Why do you need my help?"
Celestia sighs and looks to the floor. "Because you must take them."
"WHAT?!"
"I cannot care for Equestria as well as a child." she explains.
"What do I-"
"You say nothing, no matter what they question or what they look like. I shall reveal the truth on their 18th birthday. You must care for this child. If they choose to stay with you after the truth is told they may. If they have powers like Discord, teach them to control it."
"I will Princess. I will not let you down."

This take 10 years after season 5 anything in season 6 and after didn't happen. The only thing that did happen is with StarLight at the start of Season 6
