Equestria Daily's 2019 Artist Training Grounds, Day 26
"Draw a pony in control/Draw a pony leading."
Whew! That was rough. 2nd canon pony I drew, and I must have picked the hardest one. 
Here's Celestia as a "leader" from Civilization 5; I ripped a diplomacy screen from a Celestia/Equestria mod, then tried my darnedest to make the choice box semi-transparent. If any of you have played Civ 5, you haven't actually played until you got a hundred mods like this one going at the same time!

Your Celestia turned out waaaay better than I poor attempt. Whenever I try her face end up all funny looking for some reason. Yours is just right! Love the hair effect here.

I know what you mean! I knew she was a detailed character, but I didn't realize how much until I sat down and tried to draw her. As you said, I must have spent most of my time trying to get her head right; her eyes and jaw shape are just so odd compared to the normal pones. Thanks again! ^^

I know, right? (In the game proper, Equestria has Sweden's effect, which is that Equestria gets a bonus from befriending other countries and those countries get the same bonus. So as a result, all the smart countries go out of their way to be friends with Equestria. It's kinda perfect, y'know?
