Description
A somewhat of a study painting!Last week while trying to create something new I realized I not only am super rusty but I have somewhat of an art block.
This by far isn't my best work, but it forced me to get those rusty gears working once again! Hopefully my tablets continue to work so I don't have to deal with being rusty once more c;
Anyhow, thank you so much for the patience guys!! I hope you all like it despite it's flaws <3 Please bear with me on this rust!

Good to see you too! I got a job to pay for my food, but barely any free time left for painting, so my art is growing very rusty :/. How about you?

Same! I am still at my old job, but I may soon not have the opportunity to draw while I work... I'm trying to make a freelance career for myself so I can focus my time fully on art but so far it's been slow. :c Still I'm glad you're back! I hope to see new artwork from you!
Hmm hard question... All of my paintings/drawings have something I don't like about it or a mistake I've made. I think is my fave just by the scale of it. It was also my first actual scenery painting, so I'm proud of how it came out for a first try kind of deal. c: What about you?

I feel you. Though the daily commute gives me a brief opportunity to sketch every day. I carry a tiny sketchbook and pencil for line work and anatomy studies, and a Galaxy Note for color studies. Let's see how that works out.
Your dedication to painting animal fur is incredible. Both of these pieces have their moments of striking realism. Though you might want to step up your landscape game
For me, I briefly was on a roll when I made this and this , but this one is still my favorite despite all the mistakes.

Hope that is working out well! It has been tough by me balancing work and art. Now that I got sick, the pile of work i need to makeup has made it worse...Still hope we can both work on it!
Thank you so much!! I know I really do need to work on my landscapes...I'm hoping to do a month challenge of just landscape work. I really need to sit down and study and experiment with it, right now it's a bit in foreign territory haha!
Oh gosh I remember those paintings from you!! They were absolutely beautiful, I'm jealous of your landscape and color work! Specially on Steamboat. I'm curious how you'd handle a more realistic animal/fur yourself. Almost like, us working on both of our foreign territories if that makes sense?
