Well, in some states in the US (including Hawaii, Florida, Texas, etc.) there are some hot states since back when I used to live in Texas it was kinda hot there -- but yeah.

as i thought. Territory that borders on Canada cold. Including Alaska. All that is lower is warmer.
About the mountains I found the Sierra Nevada Located in California( not very cold actually but with snow)..
