I worked on this pretty late. Took longer then the last one since I drew each and every one of the frames this time unlike the other one where I duplicated a few frames.This one is also twelve frames. So it is around a second.
If you watch it enough times, you will notice that I attempted to try and put a recoil on the pyroblast. I am not sure I succeeded. recommended I do some sort of secondary movement in the animation so I picked a recoil. I might go back and fix Jolteon's but I am kind of lazy right now.
Overall, I am not to satisfied with it but it was really fun. Now to work on the important animation I am suppose to be doing.

Very good with the recoil. That was the first thing I noticed, before I read it in the comments.
I am not an animator, so I'm not able to give any contructive advice on that matter. What I will say is that if you maybe added a few frames to the end, either extending with the fire like you did on the Jolteon one, or just holding on the Ninetales as it breathes fire, it would make the looping a little smoother. I think it's like an optical illusion: since we see the Ninetales recoil from the fire, we're expecting a continued motion of either it or the fire, but then it loops back mid-movement. It's a little jarring.
But then, I'm no expert. You've still done a great job. Kudos.

Actually, this was originally going to be apart of the Pokedorks icon but I threw it out because I realized it would not fit in the memory requirements and that is why it is limited to 12 (13) frames.

Not bad, a little too fast to focus on but it looks pretty good.
I like how the fur shifts all the while as the ninetails shifts stances. It bristles really well and there is a slight recoil to see before the animation starts over. You keep its muzzle at a good constant shape as it opens its jaws. And I like how its ears go back. Maybe a little snarl would have been nice as the pyro poke breathes its fire? This was a nice practice, though it needs to last a bit longer or flow smoother I think... I'm an ametuer at animations, so I'm not shure what to say.

I think I can see the recoil if I look hard enough. I think the problem for me is it goes a lot faster than my eyes can focus a second movement. Because it keeps going and all, yanno? Eh you prolly don't, I suck at explaining stuff.
