Sketches for my online scrapbook. Playing around with charcoal for the first time in over a year, stick charcoal to be exact. Also, these images are rather big (17" x 14" paper), also unusual for my usual work to day. And last but not least, sloppy looking, very opposite to my usual.

The last clip of cheetahs was a photo reference from a book. To date, extremely rare I ever try to duplicate another picture in some aspect. Odd is that it is the same photograph yet they are so different. The first one clearly shows me still clinging to my current style. The second one breaks away more towards what it really was.

This will take some time to change my "no-reference" tradition I developed this last year.
