Famine...Not a lot is known about this one...or that much is ever found and is ever good. I went with the skeletal approach and a mixture between arachnid and insectoid. I gave her the scales due to Famine being described to measure the amount of wheat that should be available, which is also what is in the pouch, while the whine is left untouched, which is the bottle. The skull decoration, besides being one of my favourite things to do, also represents drought and death brought by Famine. I gave her several golden tattoos as well as red robes to make it look almost a creature from a desert like area or something like that.
