This concept was really easy...It's Laughing Jack in a Box.

Ahem...have you all calmed down? Thank you. The idea is a Jack in a box, with a mixture of a clown and a witch, having large claws and nearly boneless arms. The box itself has several spider like legs for walking and candy inside of it, probably the same he uses to lure children. The idea for this also came from the song "Pop goes the Weasel" that is referenced a lot of times in the creepypasta.
