First: This is really nice. I love your artwork. It's truly beautiful. One question though - isn't Celegorm's hair blond?

It would make no sense Celegorm being a blonde seeing as he has no blonde ancestors. His grandmother had silver hair though, and yes Celegorm had fair hair

Silver is a shade of blond though. Like brunette it has a range.

There is no consensus on the color of Celegorm's hair, from what I recall. (All the evidences of his 'golden' hair lie in earlier writings.) I tend to believe it's either dark (just like the majority of the Noldor) or golden, whichever people prefer. I prefer dark hair myself, so here it is.
