Spider-Man 2099: "Peter, I'm en route to the gateway! Tell me when you're there. We have to time this right!"

Spider-Man: "You got it, Miguel!"

???: "'Miguel'? Oh how nice...."

*Spider-Man stops in his tracks. Hanging down from a web line and turning to the source of the voice, he sees a woman standing in the hallway shrouded in the shadows.*

???: "So you and your counterpart are on a first name basis now. I'm glad to know that you've bonded."

Spider-Man: "Who are you?"

???: "I'm the CEO of Alchemax. The real question you should be asking is... 'Do I know you?', old man..."

Spider-Man's quick haste to the time gateway is delayed when he comes across a woman claiming herself to be the CEO of Alchemax. Spider-Man feels a bit of unease and confusion and can't help but wonder who she is, how does she know him and why there's something oddly familiar about her.
