Krystal and Knuckles are two assist trophy characters that fans wanted in the games. So there.Β
We could also use Nitten, Cuphead, Earthworm Jim, Crash, Shaunte, Shovel Knight, Beck (Mighty No. 9), The many other versions of Mega man (X, battle network, adventures, etc.) Grey fox (we could use more villains), Pokemon trainer also using Sceptile, Swampert, and Blaziken, (or those could be good for the female pkmn. trainer too) Dr. Wily, Dr. Eggman, Masked Man (Clause), And possibly, more characters from the F-zero series (Mostly villains and heros too).
And mabey even the Trainer protagonists from Pokemon Coloseum and XD Gale of Darkness too.Β
And mabey some antagonists from Punch-out too.Β

I personally think it's unfair. Daisy and Rosalina don't have their own game, yet they make an appearance. Waluigi deserves to be in Smash as a playable.
