I imagine America and Canada to be the first to congratulate Iggy on his birthday (and to mock him for being an old man lol). But I guess contrary to his tsundere self, he'd still be happy about the birthday wishes~
My, in retrospective, I went wild with the colors in this picture.

Hello again, Edel-Chan~! I see that you posted another lovely drawing again (and it's one of my favorites as of now)~! ^^
To start off my usual critiques, the colors actually work really well in the picture, and I love the grainy look to it as well. It's strikingly similar to the chalk art on the sidewalk. The expressions are really adorable and sweet, and it suits the moment well. The only thing that I somewhat noted as a bit confusing would be England's right shoulder on America's side. I thought it might look well if his fur (is that what it's called?) somewhat extended over there since (I believe) it is fluffy. Quick question: is your intention on the posing so that it looks like England is hugged out of his control? If so, it is well done~
I just had a thought of France behind of England, but that wouldn't be possible
