sorry for the inactivity ;v;
I am so happy I got to finish this piece in time (^__^; )
Today is a special day, it's the Nationalday of Austria!!! (And in terms of Hetalia, it's also Roderich's birthday :3)
Every year on the 26th of October, we celebrate the departure of the last soldier from the Allied Forces, which occupied Austria after WWII, and we also celebrate the declaration of neutrality (this year it's the 60. anniversary!).
But apart from its historical importance, the best part of this day is that noone has to go to work nor to school~
As for the title: It's german and means "Red White Red", referring to the colors of the Austrian flag, which you will see on most public places in Austria on the National Holiday ;3

Oh! Was für ein wundervolles Bild zur Feier des Nationaltages von Österreich!
Der Kritik von KuroZakuraHime stimme ich bei dem Bein zu. Ich denke, dass es einfach nur etwas zu kurz geraten ist oder es hätte vllt weiter oben gesetzt werden müssen.
Bei der Flagge kann man streiten, ich hab gedacht, dass die Flagge ( besonders so, wie du sie gezeichnet hast) wie eine Schlaufe einmal um den Stab weht. Deshalb würde ich das nicht konkret als Fehler bezeichnen. Und zu der Stirn: Es gibt manche Menschen mit hoher Stirn und welche mit flacher. Gerade weil du ihm ja keinen Haarpony gezeichnet hast, finde ich den Haaransatz wirklich gut gelungen und die Stirn finde ich persönlich nicht so hoch.
Dafür habe ich einen anderen Kritikpunkt: Die Oberschenkel sind etwas zu kurz geraten.
Genug Kritik für heute, Zeit fürs Loben! Erst einmal liebe ich deine farbliche Gestaltung. Das Bild sieht teilweise wie auf Leinwand gemalt aus, weil man richtig die Striche erkennt zwischen Schatten und Licht und teilweise sind die Übergänge ganz weich. Ich mag diesen Effekt sehr und ich finde, dass es irgendwie eine Art Merkmal deiner Bilder geworden ist! Die Schattierung ingesamt finde ich sehr gelungen. Besonders die Kleiderfalten an der Hose und an der Jacke gefallen mir wirklich gut. Großes Lob gebe ich natürlich auch bei den Händen, die finde ich hier wirklich sehr gut gelungen! Die Haare finde ich auch sehr schön. Man erkennt zum Teil die einzelnen Haarsträhnen und du hast sogar einzelne Strähnen eingefügt, die sich farblich von der "Grundhaarfarbe" unterscheiden ( ich meine diese ganz verwischten Strähnen im Haar). Dadurch wirkt sein Haar sehr lebendig und ich finde das ist ein schönes Merkmal!
Mir gefällt das Bild wirklich sehr, ich finde, dass es einer deiner besten Bilder ist!

Bei der Flagge war es auch beabsichtigt, dass sie um den Stab gewickelt ist, also nicht als herkömmliche Fahne
Die Unstimmigkeiten bei den Beinen fallen mir unglücklicherweise immer dann auf, wenn das Bild schon fertig ist und ich nicht mehr viel daran ändern kann. Aber ich werde in Zukunft mehr auf korrekte Anatomie achten.
Ich hab mir bei der Koloration Mühe gegeben und mir für das Bild im Gesamten auch viel Zeit gelassen, darum freu ich mich umso mehr, dass es dir so gefällt! ^^ Vielen lieben Dank nochmal

Und keine Sorge, deine Anatomie wird schon immer besser und besser! ( Und ich glaube Anatomie ist etwas, dass jeder von uns ständig üben muss! )
Von all deinen Bildern finde ich, dass dieses hier das Beste ist bisher. Und ich kann es kaum warten deine nächsten Bilder zu sehen, auch weil ich bestimmt wieder Fortschritte von dir sehe!
