I love the dragon fly photos.Β Is there any sort ofΒ secret to getting such great photos? They seem to spook and fly off so quickly.

Nothing really, I just happened to go for a walk and these dragonflies were not skittish at all for some reason. They each had a favorite spot to land, so I stood by one of the spots and after a minute, the one landed. It took off and landed several time while I was there, so I got some different angles.Β

When I photograph them, I usually sit and wait for them to find a comfy spot before I move in for the shot.
