Description
A freebie from the last advent calendar at render-atelier.de.
A LightProp (Iray MeshLight) for DAZStudio4.8.
Contains a Rendersettings-Preset, to switch the Environment Mode to 'Scene Only', and eight LightPresets.
I hope you enjoy this freebie. Commercial render are OK. I would be happy about a mention or feedback.

Anyone can help me with this?. I switch to scene only, load de prop, click in the present lightset i like but dont work, I always get a generic light. If I create a camera and switch off headlamp I get a black scene :_

Hi!
You don't need to load the prop when you use a one of the lightpresets. The presets contains the lightprop.
Is your rendersettings set to NvidiaIray Engine or did you use 3Delight? It only works in Iray-Mode.

I use Iray but i always get this result. No idea what im doing wrong.

Hm, I think there is another problem. The lightprop in the back has to be a white surface. Did other Iray-Lights work proper in your scene?

Hi again, I finally unistall daz and make a clean installation and now work fine!. Maybe its other set that corrupt any archive or something. The lights its stunning, love the set, thank you!.

Yes I load other lights and work fine but dont care, maybe its a parameter I change or something, I will make tests other day, thanks for the sharing, the previews looks stunning.

Falls es dich interessiert, ich hab die Lichter hier bei drei von meinen Bildern benutzt: Madame Tsubame , Red and Gold und Tea Party .

Cooles Teil - hab's runtergeladen um simkas problem in der Schule nachzuvollziehen - werd das Set aber auch anderweitig mal ausprobieren - Dank also!

Hatte es damals gemacht, da es beim Reality-Plugin dieses Mesh-Light mit Hilfslinie gab. Hab das ganze dann in Hexagon nachgebastelt.

Lach, Du hast mich grad auf eine Idee gebracht und es scheint zu funktionieren!
Hab das Reality-Mesh geladen, den Shader auf iray gewechselt und das Reality Licht auf emissive...funzt prima und man kann alle möglichen Gobos reinpacken. Der Mensch lernt nie aus!
