I think it would work a little better if the random dark bits on the clouds (which i'll assume is on a window behind the original pic of the cat?) were cleaned up; not all of them, just the large random spotting directly to the left and right of the cat.

I really like this one. The color balance and contrast is perfect, everything flows so well.
I love how you made the main image a black silhouette, and sort of faded out the bottom of the windsill, it makes for a very nice, solid touch.
The background is a great combination of "fade out", composition and combination of colors, shapes, etc. The cloud forms are easy to look at.
