The only thing is... the inner side of that "blood-border" around the guns and stuff... it's... I don't know, maybe it's not blurred enough? or maybe it should me more disorted? It's kindof very sharp.

i like the colours and composition of this piece
but the red and white outline is pixelly and its really distracting

To be honest,
I have absolutely NO idea how you do images like this,
but I think it looks awesome
and it reminds me of something that would be on a game cover..
perhaps a shooting game or something.
