Next up on the list is another set of characters. Like before, just opinions and thoughts on the characters, not descriptions:

Yoshi: Yoshi the cute dinosaur is a very surprisingly very popular character, from what I see, because I saw how high-ranking forum members and famous artists have "Yoshi" in the name. I wish I can create a character that is as prominent and famous as Yoshi...

Mallow: For some reason, I felt Mallow's performance in Super Mario RPG is lacklustre, probably because I often used physical attacks to conserve FP, and I heard that Mallow's best stats are the Magic stats. Anyway, Mallow's probably not as popular as Geno, since Mallow didn't have any cameo appearances in future games. Even I don't think Mallow's very highly, so I apologise to Mallow fans beforehand!

Rosalina: As I haven't got my hands on Super Mario Galaxy, there's not much I can say about her, although I heard that she had a touching backstory, which is probably not common for mainstay Mario characters. However, she's one of the better female characters in the Mario universe, which is a great thing to me.

Donkey Kong: I am surprised that Mario had stated to start his career in 1985, when Donkey Kong was the first start of his career in 1981, as evident in the 25th Anniversary last year. Anyway, little nitpick aside, I don't have high regards on apes, so you can guess I don't have a lot of interest in Donkey Kong, as he's just a famous gorilla to me. However, I do like his necktie, which is a nice touch on Donkey Kong.

Toadette: Toadette makes for a great female counterpart to the more famous Toad, in my opinion. For some reason, despite first appearing in a spin-off (Mario Kart Double Dash), she had already proven to be very popular, even appearing in Paper Mario Thousand Year Door!

Koopa Troopa: One of the most ubiquitous "enemies" in the Koopa Army deserves his placement here, because they can be a friend or foe, and they are one of the more well-known "enemies" of their kind. I intended to include more enemies (like Shy Guys), but I had to ditch them because I wouldn't have enough space for other characters. I like them to an extent because of how flexible their roles are.

Bowser: Of course, there's Bowser, who is an awesome villain according to many, and I think so too. However, the only thing that I am bothered is how people think Bowser deserves his own game more than Waluigi and Daisy, though they technically got their wish in "Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story". The concept of a tortoise mixing with dragon is quite awesome, because we never had this combination. Besides, tortoises are pretty awesome reptiles.

Poochy: This is a last-minute addition, so Poochy's placement is a little odd. I only add the character because he/she's the representative of Yoshi's Island/Story, and besides, it doesn't hurt to draw someone simple. As for Poochy him/herself, I am quite neutral to him/her, so I don't mind if he/she appears in a new Yoshi game or not.

There will be two parts coming up, so it's not over yet!

Thanks for reading.

Rosalina is my favorite Mario Female just because she's pure Epicness. Her power is great and she's so different in personality than everyone else! She's like the motherly figure of the games and when I saw her show up in Mario Galaxy 2 my smile widened enormously.

I like your art style, it's really interesting and everyone came out great especially Yoshi and Mallow
