Here is a pattern. You should print it in it's orginal size.

Sorry that I can't draw a full instruction. But look on the photo of Al Plush and try.
And if there are some mistakes in propotions go ahead and change it. I was drawing it from my head. I don't have orginal pattern nor the plush anymore.
