This is one of those quick doodles I didn't put much effort into and then realised upon looking at it later that I actually love it.As far as my characters go, I'm very proud of Farrere... and something about this sums him up perfectly for me
Everything from the fact that this shows even though those two distinctive sides to him exist, both sides are genuine and the "real" Farrere is somewhere in between... to the fact that my liking this picture was a blunder akin to Farrere's creation xD ... over-analysis anyone? And lol "blunder"?! Shh, nobody tell him he's an accident child, he already has enough issues with self-value D:
I know you guys know the "Farrere 'Foob' 'Farrero' LeAmi" side a lot better than you know the "Farrere M. Neumeier, Manager of World Relations" side.. so let me impart to you that he's a curiously charismatic competent character alliteration hell yeah! and he provides an entertaining contrast c:
Also... the amount of hairspray Farrere requires to get his cowlicks to behave has probably put a hole in their world's ozone.

Well, the way they're looking at each other seems to imply something... But I'm not saying anything. *innocent face*
But I have to say, I think I'd like Farrere's business side. Seeing him clumsy and awkward is awesome (always will be), but seeing him actually competent would be really interesting.

I can just see Farrere with a look of panic in the morning, flattening his hair desperately as he surrounds himself in a cloud of hairspray fumes.

Okay so I REALLY like how they have almost the same expression regarding each other, and yet simply their posture shows how different those two sides are. I was thinking, "Foob's face looks a lot friendlier. ... No, wait, professional Farrere has the same face." And then I realized it was the way Foob looks all relaxed that made him seem friendlier, and it's not that professional Farrere isn't friendly, he's simply... ready for business. xDDD
