My Shiny Eevee, who is currently unnamed... so suggestions are welcome.
He's about to be EV trained, despite his lack of decent nature (Hasty). My friend gave him to me after he hatched out of an egg. Oh I lurv him so! C:This is my first time drawing a full picture in Photoshop Elements. I usually use an oekaki, but I think I prefer this way because I can resize the picture. I used Yayster's tutorial for some shading help, but the pose and everything else are mine.

It's Photoshop Elements 4.0- it came with my laptop. I think you can get the older versions for free online... or at least download the trials and get the activation code from a site that offers them.

You can breed him, and the eggs have a 50% chance of being shiny! ^^

No, not when breeding shinys. I checked it out on serebii and gameFAQs.

That's only in GSC where the odds are increased to 1/64. In all later games having a Shiny parent doesn't increase the chances of an egg being Shiny at all.
