I wanted to give this character a full design
and i gave her a name with the help of the comments

but yeah first name Luna last name Dust
(sounds like a name you'ed give to a mary sue but who gives a shit)

I recommend using complimentary colours for the short
it would clash less, and maybe a dress would fit her moon like mystic looks
