I did a green trainer with the exterminator, I did Red with the slot maniac, so what do I do with Blue? Why a Sea Captain of course! Ok honestly the whole RBG pattern was something I was never planning, Originally this was a gym leader, but it was too generic looking so I went against it. For Pokemon he'd obviously use Water, Flying, Fighting, and maybe even Steel.

-He's gotta Ball in the "Censored" version of the sprite, Idea for the "Censored" version and the pipe in hand pose was thanks to Bloodless.

-Originally had a pipe in his mouth with smoke, and both his hands in his coat pockets.

-Was originally the sprite for my gym leader Dave.

-Thanks to QuilChess for fixing up the hand on the Uncensored sprite.
