Description
Just a quick drawing I did, working on my coloring. Unfortunatelly it doesn't seem to be getting any betterI might post a couple more of these with various coloring styles/techniques. Anyone who wants to offer advice is free to do so, thanks :3

Pretty good. There are a few things I've noticed that you can do better with:
1. You're using black outlines on everything. Try to make the outlines match the color of the objects, but they should be darker.
2. Everything is applied to one layer. Put the outlines, colors, shading, and highlights all separate layers.
3. The shading should be airbrushed. Don't make the shading look too solid.
4. Did you know that the first thing most people look at are the eyes? When I saw the eyes, I noticed the iris isn't shaded within the inside and the white light is inside the outline. Make the light overlap the iris.
If you can fix these, your art would look more like digital art instead of fine art, which is the way it should be. Other than the four points mentioned, you're okay.

this looks great ^ ^
some things i do when I'm shading (i use the solid brush tool) is lower the opacity, and activate the airbrush function, I also change the fade to around 3500, and always turn the spacing to 0. (any measure of spacing higher than 0 completely ruins my drawings)
also a shading technique is to use a color that is similar to the one that you are shading, (if your shading orange, use an orange-red) and lighting (highlights) always make a drawing stand out more, and depending on the light source, you can have a lot of fun with using different colors to highlight, and you can also use the "one color to shade another color" rule for highlights too (you can use orange to highlight red)

XD anytime~
and the airbrush is a button, (when you are using the brush tool ) at the tope of the screen, on the options bar its in between the opacity setting, and the little arrow that brings you too the brush options. it looks like a little grey airbrush, clicking it once will activate it and the button will have a darker background, to un-select it, just click it again and the button will return to the original color, showing that it is un-active ;3
