I know this isn't the best picture, but this wasn't meant to look good. Instead I made this simply to see if I still knew how to make a gif. Kinda do, now just gotta learn how to make a 'good' gif :3Decided to use a lucario moving his tail because I figured it would be simple.

Fun Fact: I tried drawing Lucario, from memory, in this exact pose 5 months ago. I could never get the torso correct. ;n;
