No restrictions on use, commercial, prints or otherwise. I do like to see projects my brushes contribute to, so please feel free to note me links to online stuff if you remember, but it is not necessary.

There's 20+ brushes here, including a couple of star clusters and a grungy 3D grid. If you need more film-ish brushes have a look around some of the early submissions to this account for burn holes, frames, joiners, text, scratchies and relevant goodies.

Please check the resolution is good enough for print jobs if your project is going to hard copy.
