the blue tones here are absolutely wonderful. I love the effect of the wires. I think without the bird, this could be almost abstract, even though we know what it is...
I've always loved the way birds congregate on wires before they fly South in the winter. Often, the wires are completely full of the little chirpers. I want to get a photo of that this year when winter rolls around again - not that I'm looking forward to it. LOL
One thing I notice is a little spot on the left, near the bottom. It's this little circle of darker blue. I bet it could easily be removed from the photo with a clone brush.

Kris, once again thank you for the genuine words and the I really appreciate the time you took to craft a detailed comment It would be kind of abstract if the bird weren't there, huh? That's an interesting idea, but for this photo, the bird was the focus. And it was such a cooperative bird too! It must have perched there for a good 10 minutes, while I scrambled beneath it to get the best angle.

I hope you do get a picture of all the birds on a wire. I do know what you're talking about, and would love to see that in a photo You know what? I didn't even see that blue spot! Thank you so much for pointing it out, and viewing it so closely. Maybe it was a smudge on my lens. Definitely something to be edited out. Thanks again, my friend.
