Yes, I know this one... Sorry, but this is just an urban legend... Sort of. What you see in the background isn't the "ghost of a boy who used to live in this apartment (Which was actually a sound stage) but he died at the age of 8!" but in fact a cardboard cut-out of a one of the characters that just had the curtains draped over it at some point. That being said, watch "Three Men and a Baby" again, and you'll notice the cut-out appearing in different scenes.
