“Good Morning” said Angel to Lana with a smile.
“Hows your arm?” Angel asked.
“ugh its fine” said Lana.
Angel rolls over on top of Lana, grabs her cast and her other arm and pins them to the mattress with a smile.
Lana pushs back and get out of Angels grip.
“Lets go down to the gym first I have to work out today” said Lana.
“But your arm! You shouldnt work out” said Angel as Lana went to brush her teeth.
“AZ-HINE I’ll HOO SQAATS” said Lana as she brushes her teeth and spits out the toothpaste.
“You said you wanted to work on your situps lets start the morning off with a work out” said Lana.
“Thats not the work out I was hoping for” said Angel defeated and under her breath.
“What was that?” shouted Lana from the bathroom.
“Nothing!” shouted back Angel.

“I’m going to load the bar for squats, I’m loading 50’s okay and I’ll go from there” said Lana to Angel who’s doing situps.
“Thats …. what… 145lbs? Are you sure?” asked Angel with concern.
“I PR’d at 160 I think I’ll be fine for a single squat” said Lana with confidence.
“Do you need me to move?… Lana! Stop staring!”
“huh? Oh no, No your fine” said Lana as she started to lift the metal plate.
Lana brings the plate to the bar but given the weight and her new casted arm cant hold her grip.
The plate drops on Angels knee instantly pinning her knee to the floor.
SNAP
“AAAHHHHHHHHH” shouted.
Lana moved to pull the weight off of Angel but while bending down to pull it up she she heard a large “pop” sound in her elbow.
“AHHHHHHH” yelled both Angel and Lana as the weight fell back on Angels already hurt leg.
Angel pushed the plate off her her knee while crying.
“What happened Lana?” Angel asks as she gains some composure.
“I’m fine, its okay its nothting c’mon get up lets see if you can walk” Lana said while grabbing Angels arm with her other hand.
Lana helps pull Angel up but its no use between Lanas hurt arm and Angels leg there is no way to lift her.
“AHHH” shouts Angel.
“I think it may be broken”
“Fuck I cant drive Angel…. We need to call an ambulence” said Lana.
“How expensive is that going to be?” asks Angel.
“Lets call Sarah (Ash - Meeting Sarah ) she lives close by, I don't think she starts her new job until next week” says Lana.

“WTF did you two do?!” asks Sarah when she gets there.
“Its a long story okay, can you just get us to the hosptial?” Lana says.
“Of course but you’re going to have to give me more info than that but lets get to the car” says Sarah.
“Angel said you broke your arm yesterday? Did you re-break it already?” asked Sarah “You know you should really take it a bit easy”.
“Shut up, I didnt ask you for advice” Lana said back angerly.
Sarah just grinned
“Lets get Angel on her foot…. I guess, your other arm is okay right? Can you help?” asked Sarah.
“Yeah I think so” said Lana.
“Thanks Sarah, I’m sorry” says Angel.
“NO…. arg… need… arg… to be … sorry” said Sarah as they both try to lift Angel.
“Okay lets get to the hospital” says Sarah.
