Nice work, the atmospheric perspective works really well, maybe the placement of the dude is a bit strange? A more classic composition would be to put him on the right third, but then again its kinda fun you find him after looking around a bit. Keep it up!

Well, I don't teach but I could give you a few tips to get started. First of all, if you haven't seen Feng Zhu's video tutorials yet, you should (especially if you're interested in painting landscapes). That's how I got started when I got my tablet. I'd also recommend looking at Sycra's tutorials on light and shadow - they only came out recently but I wish they had come out sooner since I found them very helpful. And these if you're looking for something on digital painting specifically.
Those should help you enough to get started I hope. Other than that it's just about observing and practice - time and experience bring most of the results.
