Description If I ever have time to make it, this might be an entry in my next calendar. It was interesting to me to find that scarecrows have been used in some form all over the world (not everywhere, but in many countries). In the spirit of Halloween, with this, I was wondering what the scarecrow does when there's nothing left to guard?

Uh...pretty scary
Maybe because of the dark sky combined with the lantern!
In addition to that, the field/meadow/whatever it is seems to be almost unnaturally lit-up. Well, at least it's quite bright compared to how it normally is when the sky is as dark as that *__*
Great atmosphere anyway

I thought the same thing about the bright/dark contrast in the original stock photo--I liked the effect though, so I didn't alter the lighting much. Something with the stormy sky just adds to the foreboding feeling for me. I'm glad you like it!

Of course, the effect is really adequate

I love storms (the ones that dont kill people that is, like we get in the UK) and this piece gives me the feeling I get when a storm is on it's way. I really relate to this image, great work

I prefer stormy skies, too. I'm so glad this felt relatable to you, that's a great thing to hear, thank you!

He can be of use as decoration to a horror movie?

So THAT was who starred in those movies--same scarecrow, different outfits. Gotta make a living, right?
