Wow, really nice! I'd love to make one of these. Can you tell me the dimensions fot each layer? (how many beads tall, how many beads wide)

It's not hard to figure out. You just get the original sprite and open it up in MS Paint. The only difficult part is planning these types of things out in 3D, layer by layer. It's 16x16. Like most sprites of items from back then.
