Description
July 2017EGLL, London-Heathrow Airport.
I've been to a few busy international airports, KSFO, KDFW, KIAH - but EGGL is in a league all its own. There are so many wide body and jumbo jets in one place! In this picture alone, there are two 747s, two 767s, two 777s, and an a330.

I think I spotted Lucky. By the way at DFW there is a Like an Avgeek Store Next to Gate C2, it is called the DFW Employee Store, lots of cool aviation merchandise, it’s mostly catered to American Airlines, well, at Least the Appearal is. I’ve seen a few other airline things there. DFW is indeed a Busy Airport.

Hmmm... I'll be at DFW later this month, if I have time, I'll check it out.

And that’s the thing...Time. I Don’t go there very often, every time I go there, I try to allow enough time before a connecting flight, often times 2 hours so I have time to shop there and then eat something. I have bought a few t-shirts, and a ceiling AA 737 that hangs from the ceiling and spins round and round.

I'll be flying on United, which I believe comes in a different concourse, so I'll have to see if I can get over there too.

You might wanna take the skylink, it’s speedy quick. I believe United is in terminal E. You’ll take one of the 2 the escalator areas up to the skylink stop between E8, And E11, and get off between C8 and C12 and walk the rest to Gate C2. 80% of DFW is American Airlines. Here’s a List of Skylink Stops for each Terminal in the Link below, you might find it helpful.

Very handy, thank you. I know my way around DEN as if it were my second house, but I'm only somewhat familiar with DFW.

Oh you’re very welcome. Glad I could help. I’m From Texas and I sometimes go to DFW to Connect there, it’s a short 45 minute up and down flight from San Antonio, I’ve been to DEN like a jillion times when I was Little, and I remember The Terminal Train that has a Musical Chime every time the doors would close and before the train would make a stop. You’ll Love the DFW Employee Store, I’be been there a few times, and sometimes I end up chatting with the cashier lady about how I like to see planes as Living beings. I know most of my way around ORD, well at least Terminal 3.
