It's possible, as my planes use a speech synthesizer to "talk" over airband.... and the pitch can be changed...

Can your plane's voices pitch change?

Yes. They use TTS which in itself does not allow for pitch change. However, because every part of the aircraft is flexible, they can distort the shape of their own vocal speakers to accomplish this effect.
