Description this is a pinhole image captured on rc photographic paper. the exposure is approx. 51 minutes pinhole camera is constructed from a walt whittman's chocolate box (made by me in spring 2004). rc negative measures roughtly 2.5"x3". this is part of a series of fifteen images all shot inside my house.

Did you just stick the camera in the bottom of the washing machine and walk away?

Looks like it worked well either way! I need me a pinhole camera!

yup, thats exactly what i did - i dont show up in the image because the exposure is so long and im only there for a few seconds

I do enjoy long exposures, looks like pinhole would be great for something I want to do... taking a photo of a city street in the middle of the day, with no people showing up.

well, exposures are pretty quick outside but i think you could do it - you just have to remain patient and keep trying.
