The zip file you can download here contains two files:- tls file for TuneUp Styler
- logonui.exe for Replacer
It should work on resolutions up to 1920x1200 pixels.

yeah! it stands out without sticking out. I work on computers alot, and I'm always changing visual aspects because I get sick of seeing the same darn thing. (And I'm obsessive-compulsive, so anything that looks bad bothers the crap out of me until I fix it or get away from it).

I never got to do that...basically all the computers in my high school were running 2000--which is totally retarded. They finally bought some computers with more than 512 MB RAM and XP two years ago, which makes their "new" computers actually around 6 years old. Last year they bought some new computers for the library--which has an "overwhelming" 10-14 computers--and from what I remember I think the laptops might have been running Vista and the desktops are stuck with XP. Desktops are from Lenovo, and laptops are from at least three different companies.
But I'm not in highschool any more, and my college has used the "write-protect all system files" features in the XP mass install disk, so I can't do anything to change the XP visual styles...but I managed to shut down explorer.exe and start a session in a new shell (bblean). That's about the extent of my power though, since I can't change anything that isn't located inside the "My Documents" folder. That folder is mounted from a network location, and a couple registry hives are also merged into the host computer's registry during your session, but they're saved and disengage the hives, so I can't really safely hack using a Live linux CD. Maybe if I do a hard reboot during my session, but then it might overwrite my hives and settings using the school's sever copies instead of back-merge my local hives to the server after booting up.
ah well, I think I can't do this b/c the IT people are computer science majors...and/or graduates. I'm going into Comp. Engineering.
