Indeed Oyster cultures at Sylt Island. And I had no idea before, that we have oysters in Germany. And they even claimed that they are of excellent quality.
When it comes to oysters, though, I have to admit that I love them (as almost all sea-food), but for me they must be cooked

they must be really good - in the episode I've seen the oysterculturist girl open one of them and eat it...
