Looks like chapel and mosque under the same roof . I wonder who did it and why . It could be there just for artistic purposes .

only a few of these old bomb shelters are in use these days. mainly because the concrete is so massive it is extremely expensive to modify only minor parts. as they are you can probably only use them as storage rooms, sometimes as rehearsal rooms for bands ...
