Love the similarity between them, especially the eyes and the face. Your pokemon seem to all end up really tough!

WOW!! That is so awesome how did you make those?! I especially loved the middle one hes SOOOOOO AWESOME!!! I have a few ideas (but I just signed up so I havent really done much yet)and i was wondering if you could draw them and make them look like yours!!!!! PLZ!!!

1) Pencil drawings, and coloring in photoshop
2) Personally, I'd recommend you start by doing them yourself and building up your own drawing skills. That's how I did mine. 6 years of patient work and dozens of iterations. Nothing's as satisfying as creating your own work and being satisfied by it. Time and effort pays off.
3) If you still want me to do it, and I were to draw some of yours for you, it would have to wait at least 11-12 weeks because I recently broke my wrist and can't draw with that hand until it's healed and I get my cast off.
