LOL those rocks spilling out of the wagon leaving the quarry is just so funny. In my real life work, I see activities like this very often. The local government safety regulations would never allow something like that to happen. LOL

In fact, moving building materials anywhere in California is a highly regulated activity. Even the trucks that carry gravel needs to take precaution not to leave dust on the roads or they get a big fine.
