I've been a fan of the Legacy of Kain series ever since Blood Omen was first released. From that first installment to the Soul Reaver games and Defiance, I couldn't get enough. I've always had an affinity for vampire stories (or monster myth in general, really), and this series is the most original, well crafted, immersive vampire tale I've ever enjoyed. I was entranced by the complex narrative, the incomparable voice acting, and the highly imaginative character design. Clearly, it left an impression. Hopefully I did the characters justice, and maybe we'll see another installment sometime soon!

There are games that leave a impression on the player by the gameplay and there are games that leave a impression on storytelling. LoK on a whole was a very well crafted 9and thought out) vampire lore, as well with some very defining characters like kain.

No kidding! Apparently there was one in development that was scrapped, but it didn't involve Kain or Raziel.

legacy of kain dead sun. it did look nice, but the game was cancelled out of story concerns.
