As far as the Zeldas (princesses) go, Spirit Tracks' Zelda was probably my favorite. As for Links, I'd pick WW/PH's Link.

I've played the game hundreds of times, and the final boss is always a challenge! And I never get bored of the Song of Restoration!!! I love it!!
