Description
Here's the link to =One-Vox 's tutorial on how to isolate linework I promised. [link] Check out the rest of his videos too; there's some that aren't up on his DA account.I really hope this is helpful to a lot of people. I'd been trying to figure out a really good way to color my linework recently (without using 3 different programs). Cheers! If there's anything else you're wondering about, let me know. I'd be more than happy to do some more of these!

Does anyone know how to do this in GIMP after the line art has already been isolated?

I'm not really familiar with Gimp, but if there's any way to lock the opacity of the layer, that should work.

Oh okay. I'll fool around with it.
I used this when I had photoshop though & I loved that effect but I haven't been able to figure it out with gimp.
